Manager Communication: Really strong sales all day today. I think bar staff levels were perfect.

 BAR Staff Observations: Really great service all night tonight. It was a little hectic in the morning, but no major issues.

FOH Staff Observations: Everyone was in great spirits today despite the long shifts. Great staff tonight.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: I think we should start removing and cleaning the nitro taps daily. They just need to be unscrewed and rinsed, but the nitro was pouring slow due to some grounds in there. I am worried if we start doing it overnight we will lose nozzles. Let's discuss best practices on Friday.

86ed / counts on items: Looking strong on product.

Prep List: We are good on product going in to tomorrow, we were able to stay on top of prep today. We do have some gin infusing that needs to be strained first thing tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Placed a couple orders for Friday, we needed a few things going in to the weekend.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
