Manager Communication: Busy! A solid dinner round for a Tuesday, our busiest in a while boosted by a really strong holiday movie (White Christmas) and trivia. Kept us busy from 6:00 pm on, really strong work from everyone. Drink running got a little bogged down at the start of White Christmas but all caught up and service was without major issue.

The elevator going down caused a couple of issues with specific ADA guests. We had a guest in theatre 2 that had to be helped down by family and a woman in Th1 that was helped up and down the stairs getting to Th1 from the bar elevator. It was a real hinderance out of the blue like that, but we made it work.

Customer Comments: Tons of first time trivia goers tonight, some were a bit impatient not understanding that it wasn't full table service, but we took care of them at the bar and rang food to their table numbers and they were made happy.

BAR Staff Observations: On a few occasions Jeremy held down service solo while Susan took guests and Eliel took table service. I hopped back at the height of the rushes, but overall staff was beyond capable tonight and keeping up with some serious volume.

 Prep List: Pretty solid, I did relieve Susan for about 45 minutes so she could batch and she got us up to good levels.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Chefs Warehouse tomorrow, Coke and Geyser Thursday

 Maintenance: McGlynn will be out tomorrow morning at 8 am. They will not leave before Blessing or Benjamin speaks with them about the repairs. I tried to call back tonight on a few occasions about what work was performed today but the dispatcher could not get in touch with anyone at the office to get a record of the invoice.

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
