Manager Communication: Steady mid and dinner rounds, but well spaced showtimes today and Jumaji having low sales made the drink rushes pass quickly and easily. Spottily had bar crowds at least keeping the bar and a few tables busy through 8:30 pm and then it really tapered off. Late rounds very slow. Made tight cuts and got bars in good shape.

 Customer Comments: We had one group come in for the late night Frozen 2 with an 8 year old and a 2 year old. I explained our age policy and they were disappointed, saying that it was a kids movie. We had a ticket sold outside of this group and I explained why we have to be firm on age policy.

 BAR Staff Observations: No issues, good work from everyone today let me make cuts and keep labor trim. Vanessa flipped between bars during the mid round for coverage, being short a bartender never hurt us we just had some long shifts out of Vanessa and Antonio.

Prep List: Will need Pink Panther tomorrow, good on syrups and infusions and most batches.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Chef's Warehouse Tuesday, Coke Friday

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
