Manager Communication:
Southern did not come today.  Will most likely come tomorrow.  Left a good amount of space free for it. Got some nice organizing and cleaning done.

Two detectives came in today to get some information about our theatre capacity, number of exits, and our general contact information in case of an emergency. They spoke to both myself (Rebecca) and Benjamin and we gave Jess as a point of contact. They told us to call them if we ever need them for any reason and they gave us their cards which are hanging on the corkboard in the managers office.

BAR Staff Observations: Pretty slow night tonight, but all bartenders did very well!

Prep List:
-Ginger Syrup
-Chili de Arbol Tequila
-Vanilla infused Bourbon
-Finish the Clarence Worley batch (Needs Macadamia Milk before being completed)

 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Empire and Interboro came today.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
