Manager Communication:
Solid day into a good night.  The bar had some hiccups early on, as upstairs was not opened for success.  But they recovered, and everything ran smoothly the rest of the day.

The Bathrooms at 7:30 PM were not in good shape.  The 2nd floor women's room was out of toilet paper in 3 of the stalls.  I called for a porter, and made sure the bathroom got closed, and Sergo was up quickly.  He got all the bathrooms back in order and stocked for the later rounds.  No issues later, with a check happening after the late round went in.

We were good on staffing and batching, and we were able to reroute just after 11 with no issues.

Customer Comments:
I had a cab driver come in with a customer's cell phone and wallet, and let me know he had just dropped them off here.  Fortunately, the person she was here with had called the phone 5 minutes earlier, and I was able to call back and get the belongings back to them.



BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon opened very poorly, and Rebecca had to hold down the service while he got caught up.  Nick wrote him up for his tardiness last week and his open today, and he seemed receptive and to understand why those opens are so important.

Everyone else did a great job and stayed ahead of the game.

FOH Staff Observations:
Meh turns in theater 2.  Is this a systems thing, or just a training and pushing thing?  It often seems to be theater 2 with the worse bussing.


Hiring/Training:
Hex did great, and took to our systems quite well.  Got lost in the building a few times...


86ed / counts on items: Audrey II (Beet Vermouth will be done AM tomorrow)

Prep List: Audrey II first!  Otherwise good to open the building.  Just will need to reup on Pumpkin King, backup kegs of Aperol Spritz, Old Fashioned, and Them Apples (once current one kicks), and start an Iced Tea


Mobilebytes Issues: Bar Printer 2C is jamming regularly.  Mascha will replace it on Monday.
