Manager Communication:
Drink rushes for the 5's and 8's were very strong, with lots of people at the bar between the two rounds as well. 

Stocking was solid all night, and drink runners were doing a good job (with a bit of guidance) of going out and bussing the bar and mezzanine during the busy times.

Decent late night bar business after Starwars that pushed us to the last call.

Customer Comments:
People were very extra today.  Had to calmly talk to many older folks who had things to vent.  Everyone seemed to be calm by the end, but it was a lot for everyone, especially the lobby bartenders.

BAR Staff Observations:  Everyone did a great job.  It is clear that people are getting tired and a bit on edge, but still very professional.  We had good times to lighten the mood and keep morale up, especially when a Spanish cover of Little Polka Dot Bikini came on Soundtrack.

Ryan and Vanessa held down lobby very well, as I had to mostly be upstairs during very heavy drink pushes.


FOH Staff Observations:
Much better job of drink running all around tonight.  All rounds were well supported for the drink rushes, and the stationed runners were killing it!  Amina and Adriana get special shout outs.  

There were a decent amount of mistakes in the late drink rush for theater 1 and 2.  I think it was just folks being tired.  We were able to resell mostly all of the liquor mistakes, and just spilled one beer and some sodas.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
