Manager Communication: Steady night with good ticket sale pick up and good bar business. We started with very thin ticket sales, and it wasn't overwhelming by any stretch but it was certainly a better night than the number let on.

Customer Comments: We had the Comedy Central VIPs in Th7. They were really cool, asked a lot of questions about the history of the building and how the theatre's been doing. They ordered slim, I sent them some popcorns and they were very appreciative.

**adding these notes at the tail end of the evening. When it came to paying, they were very uncool. They were under the impression that we were comping them because when they asked me and then Christine their server if we were comping anything we didn’t explicitly say “no”. Christine responded to the “are you sending us food?” question in the theatre with “just order normally” which they claim sounded to them like we would be paying for what they ordered. She claimed if she knew she was paying, she wouldn’t have ordered. I explained we weren’t frank about not buying them anything because that’s incredibly awkward and would seem rude, so we didn’t explicitly say “you’re paying”. Their check was $66 for three of them, and they seemed like the type to possibly make a big stink about this if I made them pay under even slightly shaky circumstances, so I comped their check and told them to still take care of their server. They didn’t.

BAR Staff Observations: Had Jeremy batch and leave by 7:30 pm once dinner round was done. Good night, strong work from Dylan and Ryan behind the bars holding down a nice busy night.

FOH Staff Observations: Lots of really present drink running tonight.

Pay Outs: Lots of food payouts for food tasting
