Manager Communication:
Very busy day and night with lots more food and drink each round than yesterday.  The early round was a little hairy, as the brunch movie sold high and 30 minutes later Frozen went in.  Now that our brunch programming is picking up, we should have the first mid in earlier.

The busy and slightly understaffed morning led to the upstairs bar not being quite properly set up going into the sevens, but Jenn, Dylan, Rebecca, and Ian communicated well and got it back up and running well.
 

Customer Comments:
I talked to Vanessa about the gentleman who said a beer was spilled on him by another guest.  I told her to call for an MOD if something like that happens.  She said he seemed very calm, but she understood when I explained that it is better if we can do something nice for him in the moment and help the situation.  

BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon was an hour 35 minutes late.  Jesse opened the bar up quickly.
Rebecca, Dylan, and Ian rocked it upstairs, Jenn got us batched up, Ryan held down dinner downstairs and got us batched up Vanessa held down the late rounds downstairs and closed very quickly. 
Left the frozens and bubblers nice and full for morning.

FOH Staff Observations:
Glassware bussing was better tonight, we just have to continue to push it.  With the intense business we are doing, we are going through a lot.  We will be getting more pints this week.

During the dinner round, the kitchen was getting crushed, and they needed all runners on food duty.  This hurt theater 1's drink push, but Henry got them caught up on it.  For the Theater 2 rush, we had support from servers who were getting cut, and Alice killed it and was great.

Prep List: Old Fashioned keg,  finish fake lemon juice, strain vanilla bourbon, Churchill (we have about 13 in house and sold 14 all day today, so just a single bottle to get us through til the next menu change)


Pay Outs: $48 for Kalustyan's ingredients for Bar



Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Will need to order lime bitters to get us through the last month of this menu.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
