Manager Communication:
Steady early, with Annie doing great.  The STB private event showed up mostly late, but once they were in they spent well.

Middle rounds picked up into a fully sold night with just the latest movies slowing a bit.  Late night Joker had no incidents.

Churchill sold better than last weekend, and we ran out during the final round.  I batched more so we are good to go for tomorrow.  Otherwise, batch levels were great, and we're looking solid heading into Sunday, will need only some daily upkeep.

Every crowd was drinking well, and we had really steady business at the bar all night.

The issue with the soda was low CO2 tanks, NUCO2 came out and refilled us.

Customer Comments:
Around 5 PM, a woman from the 4:15 Jojo rabbit came down to Lobby bar and was visibly shaken.  She told me that she had asked the people next to her to quiet down early on in the film, and they spent the next bit of the film being passive aggressive towards her.  She said the man told her to eat her popcorn quieter, and made remarks about her quietly.  She was clearly shaken, and I apollogized that that had happened.  I goodwilled her drink and popcorn, and got her into the next show of Jojo.  Once she was relaxed and feelin a bit better,  I explained that we have strict policies about talking and that in the future if she doesn't want any chance of confrontation she should just write a flag, and we would address any issues.  She left feeling better and came back to the 6:45 show.
Kunsang said the man talked to Kunsang outside the theater and complained that the woman was trying to get him kicked out and that she was the one making noise and chewing loudly.

Adriana rang in a ticket for food with a beef burger and a beyond burger.  The beef burger had a mistaken "no make" modifier, so when Sam (runner who was training) dropped the beyond, they asked about the beef burger.  I sent one in rushed and it came out in 10 minutes, but I comped them a round (they were spending quite a bit) for good will.  They were happy the whole time, and props to Sam the new runner for communicating.


BAR Staff Observations:
Well handled, good communication, good stocking, really rocked a very busy night.

FOH Staff Observations:
Good drink running.  Still need to work on clearing empty drinks to keep glassware flowing, and have tables clearer.  Also trays need to come back to bar quicker.


Special Events? STB birthday party

86ed / counts on items: Churchill for last round, but it is back on.

Prep List: strain churchill and get back on bars, pink panther (enough to start), start a batch of ice tea, daily usuals, back up keg of aperol spritz (have a full one attached)


Lost & Found?: Someone turned in a wallet found outside.  It is in the safe.  No purchases under that name for Filmbot.


Maintenance: The issue with the soda was actually CO2 tanks were running low.  Jesse called NUCO2 and it was back to fine within an hour.

Mobilebytes Issues: in theater 1 had the issue with the cc reader approving payment but mobile bytes not mentioning it.  I manager comped it and put the reason in notes.  Check EE24
