Manager Communication:
Steady business all night, after the first round.  Drink rushes were a bit lighter than a lot of Friday's as people have been partying for the holiday.

There was a popcorn put in just before midnight and the popcorn station was already broken down.  The guest in theater 2 was understanding, but as our out times will continue to be late, we have to continue to serve until midnight.

Towards the middle of the dinner rush, the soda guns started running on the flat side upstairs and down.  
Jesse, if you can figure out how to bypass the water filters, that would be amazing.  Otherwise, I will take another stab when I get in.  I tried during the busy time, but couldn't figure it out.


Customer Comments: I had a guest in theater 6 for the last Zombieland who had two large cups on his table of outside beverage.  Paige had nicely asked him to remove them, and he did not and him and his other person continued to drink from them.  She informed me, and when I went up to the table I smelled that they were full of beer, so I told him there was absolutely no outside drink, and as I was taking the drinks off the table, I informed him if he did not want me to take them, he was welcome to leave.  He decided to stay, and then complained to the servers that what I did was theft and I should have offered him a drink to compensate.  I went back in, and explained to him that bringing in outside alcohol is illegal in New York State.  He said fine and could he order a beer.  I told him to write it on a flag, and he said fine.  I tried to keep the interaction quiet and brief as there were other guests in the theater watching the movie, and I believed doing more at the time would cause disruption with this guest.  His name is Kenneth Reddan, his visa ends in 6190, his order number is 3z7amp5.  The servers said he was difficult from the beginning, and my interaction with him was very difficult.  At the end of it, he told the server that he wanted to press charges for theft (of the 2 beers).  He and his guest were talking about it as they walked down the stairs, and Cedric informed them that it is illegal to bring in outside beer.  They said nothing and left.

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone did a good job.  Restocked at the right times, and service ran smoothly.

FOH Staff Observations: Better job running drinks than last weekend.
