Manager Communication: Busy! We had a decent starting round, but then once dinner and the late rounds came, we were busy through the end of the night. Even the late Jokers sold out, and we seemed to get a lot of walk ins for other movies; maybe guests here for Joker that saw it was sold out? It's also a holiday tomorrow, that may have contributed. Either way, both bars were consistently busy through 10:00 pm. We had a great bar front of guests at HiRes all night, even generating a few people around 11:30 after some late rounds let out. The line not being here really changes the energy of the bar; we had a full set of tables full, a few guests on the mezz and 1 deep at the bar through 9:00 pm. Bartenders did a great job asking guests ordering drinks if they were seeing a movie and really pushing them to find their seats and order in the theatre to help keep service going.

Customer Comments: Lots of guests coming out to change seats, I echo the idea that doing this mobile would be truly amazing for us so it doesn't bottleneck the bar. New ticketing definitely required a lot of presence for me behind lobby bar, but not one guest I dealt with came out with an issue or was irate.

 BAR Staff Observations: Jeremy got hit hard for a surprise sold out Hustlers and generally strong sales. I was back there with him at high ticketing times, anyway, and when both bars got busy late he really held it down.

FOH Staff Observations: Not sure who, but someone was stacking racks double high in the dish machine. Maybe the all staff is a good time to go over protocol again for when water glasses can be run through bar dish and how.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Review verbiage for how to encourage guests to find their seats and get started on theatre service.

 86ed / counts on items: Brooklyn Cider, Carton, Victory Dirt Wolf, Blackberry Farms

Prep List: Made arbol tequila, will need Firewalk and Last Laugh tomorrow. Enough to open though, for sure.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Released 10 cases of Altos from Southern for the weekend, turned all the altos we had left into arbol infused.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
