Manager Communication: Nearly identical flow of service today to yesterday, with the very last round being the only one that really tapered off at all. Joker killed it again, and crowds today gave us good traffic at the bars again as well. Handled the entire night with never more than 3 behind HiRes, with a strong stock of back ups done after every single theatre 1 or 2 seating. We were ahead of the game tonight and ran service without issue, and the slight drop off of bar and theatre business for the very last round allowed me to cut to 2 at 10:00 pm upstairs and have Rebecca focused solely on batching and stocking Lobby with Antonio holding it down after 9 pm. Felt far more smooth today without any stand out issues.

Customer Comments: We filled the bar at close with a bunch of late round guests. A group that lives in the area started chatting us up about our bar and being happy we had a stand-alone one. Told them about upcoming changes to the bar, events, trivia etc.

BAR Staff Observations: Benjamin and I had to speak to Antonio tonight about his tone with Kaela, the server. She came to the bar for a soda and he told her that she didn't have to thank him, that he had to give her a soda it was his job. He said his tone came from not appreciating that Kaela can sometimes be aggressive about getting buyback drinks after shifts etc. I explained to him that if he has an issue like that, he needs to bring it to a manager to handle and remain professional and neutral in his interactions, and that it isn't his job to handle that. He understood and apologized.

FOH Staff Observations: Really impressed with everyone tonight, drink running was prompt. We were flying through tickets and they never built up.

Prep List: We need infused luxardo and ginger syrup tomorrow. Otherwise we are solidly batched.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
