Manager Communication: Steady brunch, busy mid rounds, sold out dinner round, nearly sold out 9 pm movies and a slower late late round tonight. We needed a lot of batching done mid-shift, we'll all look at sales and batch volumes this week and adjust accordingly. 7s round was busy on the front of the bar and at service, but went smoothly. No issues with drink execution tonight. We did have to do a lot of mid-shift batching but we had plenty of staff on to move people around and get it done. Ian batched while Caleb and Susan held down HiRes in between Th1 and Th2 in the dinner round and got both bars back up on cocktails. Vanessa stocked both bars with package, wine and liquor. We flexed where we needed to and made it work. Definitely a need to look at sidework distribution, as a lot of things like tea, coffee station cleanliness, dish pit and the silverware/bussing station were in pretty rough shape and needed stocking at inconvenient times. Went down to 2 up, 1 down at 9:00 pm and held strong, cut Caleb and had Susan finish out the close at 11:45 once we were clean and stocked.

Customer Comments: Had a guest in Th4 that was rowdy during pre-show, then snoring asleep during previews. We kept an eye after speaking to him and he was attentive and fine.

Had two guests fooling around up on the third floor, opening and closing Th6 door and being loud in the hallway. I asked where they were headed and they said they were seeing a movie. They had tickets to the late Parasite, I told them that if I heard any complaints in the theatre we'd kick them out right away and then had security check their tickets to give them a lil' scare. They kept behaved.

BAR Staff Observations: Caleb, Susan and Ian were a dream team. Props to Antonio for handling Lobby so effectively, it let me move Vanessa around where needed and have her stock both bars.

86ed / counts on items: Rain Falling, Pinot Noir

Prep List: Will need a few ingredients/syrups made tomorrow. Strongly batched on kegs and NA otherwise.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Coca Cola Tuesday, Baldor Tuesday

Maintenance: There is a broken key in the door to projection 3/5/7. We will need to get in there tomorrow, doors are therefore not locked.

 Mobilebytes Issues: Mikkeler Wit Wit is on the beer screen, but not bar speed.

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
