Manager Communication:
Besides the fire alarm, a very smooth night.  It was fortuitous that when the fire alarm went off, Jesse was still here, as he was able to help the upstairs bar while I ran around and helped Mascha and the MODs organize everything and deal with incoming guests.

Prep was great, with good communication between upstairs and down on when prep could get done.

Really good staff on tonight handled everything so well.

Customer Comments:
I got applause in theater 1 when I told them what was going on.  After the show, a few regulars who had been in theater one were up on the mezz drinking and said it was kind of fun because of our service.  At a regular theater they would have been more irritated.  So nice.

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone killed it.  More bar business than almost any other day.  I staff perked some food for those who did so great tonight.  They were locked in.  

FOH Staff Observations:
Killed it as well.  So many veterans on, and it was real good.
Runner Jesse did great again.


Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Need to set up garnishes at cocktail station.  Let's keep track of this.


Prep List:  We got a lot of N/A batching done late night, and we are good on everything to start the day, but Pumpkin king will need to be batched early, and a keg of Them Apples and a keg of Silent era at points.  Audrey II also.  May need some other cocktails as well.


Over/Short on Banks:

Pay Outs: $17 for kitchen, Lobby was closed.


Filmbot Issues:
Kiosks 4 and 1 went down briefly around 8? o'clock.  Mascha reset them, and everything was good.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
