Manager Communication:
One of the busiest trivias in quite a while.  Staff handled it very well with minimal need of help from me, so I was able to get lots of Vincent Price things done.

I have all the infusions done for Vincent Price, and will get everything done tomorrow.

We had the same problem as yesterday during the first show in theater 4 for the first round.  We canceled the show, and Michael and Karen worked on it.  We had no more issues for the other 2 rounds.

The art group that is doing the november open house dropped off some promo materials.

Customer Comments:
Trivia crowd was big and many were dressed as Midsommar people.

Most of the people who showed up for theater 4 parasite were fine moving to the 4:30 showing.  There was one woman who couldn't but was understanding.  I gave her an e credit and a single pass for her inconvenience. 


BAR Staff Observations:
Very strong staff.  Eliel was great serving.  They all killed it.


Hiring/Training:  2 servers were training.  I talked to Sean about why we can't do spirits up in the theaters and how to talk about that.  Susan talked to Jenna about not interrupting her guest interactions, and that she sees the tickets.

Sick Leave/ Call outs:

Special Events? Trivia was great, Monday Horror had the usual numbers.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Thorough opens.  Kegs in Walkin.

86ed / counts on items:  We 86'd Churchill for the last round, but I got it back up for tomorrow.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
