Manager Communication:
Real busy night.  Very good cocktail and wine sales.  Hopefully this will be a trend for the full length of the menu.

Three deep at the bar in between big theater seatings.  People are loving the new space.

Kept the openers both til around 11, after the late rushes, as we sold well on all the late rounds!

Really good pacing to the night, but a really tight and tough late turn in theater 2 from the sevens to the late one.

New menu was executed wonderfully.

Customer Comments:
People seemed to be loving the new cocktails, and our new wines were moving.

I had one customer who is a regular who had dine n dash, come down during the 10:20 Joker and ask to exchange tickets for another time.  He said the guests near him were disruptive, and he knew we were good about enforcing this, he just didn't want to deal with it.  He was very nice.

BAR Staff Observations:
Good job with new cocktails and long drink rushes.  I had to only jump behind to be guest facing while the big theaters were switching.  Still a good crowd at the bar at the end of night.  

FOH Staff Observations:
Theater 1 fell a bit behind during their drink rush for the 9, but were proactive and called for assistance.  Otherwise very strong service from bar end.

Jesse got props from Henry and Ben tonight, so yay to him as a new lead runner!

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
