Manager Communication: The lighting in Hi-Res looks great, now that we have the halos dimmed!

Customer Comments: We had a customer who asked for a discount due to disability. Our site says patrons with federal disability status with valid ID (available at box office) They had a disabled mta card which I do not think is valid ID but I did not want to start an argument as I was unsure. We should clarify what is valid disabled status for ticket discounts.

We had a couple in the last round of IT that were on our fraud list. They had several chargebacks associated with their name. I spoke to them first and let them know that their card had been declined for the dine and dash and that we would need another form of payment. After some back and forth they were able to pay with cash. Once their tab had been paid I told them that the card on the dine and dash had been reported stolen at that the charge for tickets had been reversed. I told them they would need to repurchase tickets in order to stay. The guy said he would go buy more tickets but once they got out of the theater they didn't attempt to pay, they just left.

Special Events? We had to call off the music video night in Hi-Res after Hustlers. There was quite a bit of feedback coming from the speakers when running the videos off of his system. We initially thought that it was a bad audio cord, but I hooked my computer up to test the audio and it sounded fine coming from my computer. He had his files in a specific program though so we were not able to run them on mine. We put on a hustlers playlist on Spotify, on the regular bar channel instead. We did put flyers on the tables in the theater though, there was a pretty good bar crowd, no one seemed to upset about the lack of videos. We should tech the system tomorrow to make sure everything is good on our end, but I have a feeling it was the program he was running on his computer.

Filmbot Issues: A couple tickets printed out of the kiosk when I was in the lobby, but there was no customer using it. I looked up the order ID 3skr6k6 and they had already been printed 5 minutes prior to when I saw them printout. I think there must have been some sort of printer error when they first printed and it caused them to print again. I am really not sure though.
