Manager Communication: Still struggling a bit to pick up daytime business, but our 4 o clock rounds got us a lot of walk ins and ticket sales rose nicely, and then we mostly sold out the dinner round and the 9 pm shows. Late shows were a bit slower, but they were also Abominable and Rambo which don't have much of a late night draw. A really good and steadily busy shift, with a so-so bar crowd early, then 1-2 deep with about 2/3 of the tables full in the bar area around dinner time, through 10 pm.

Customer Comments: We had an issue with walk out guests in an altercation in theatre 4, details in the FOH blog.

BAR Staff Observations: Ryan exclusively batched for a few hours mid-day when we were on the slow side and got us well set for the rest of the night. Dylan, William and Susan really held it down tonight, very little support needed even when it came to expo. Ryan and Vanessa got slammed downstairs and got through it without issue, management support helped handle the above average number of ticket questions and guests needing attention in the lobby.

FOH Staff Observations: Lots of really tight turns tonight, some of them negative and the staff did an amazing job rallying to get these turned. We never sat more than 5-10 minutes past the beginning of the pre-show, and with lights up for previews in these theatres it wasn't a service hinderance.

 Prep List: We are tight on Firewalk and do not have Passion Puree. Williamsburg has some to spare, Rob will drop it off around 5 tomorrow. We have full machines and 4 quarts of back up, should be plenty to get through brunch but if not (if it sells gangbusters during brunch, which typically doesn't generate high sales of it) I can swing by Williamsburg before coming in tomorrow to get puree rather than wait for them to bring it.

 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Chef's Warehouse Monday, Coke Thursday.

 Maintenance: The beer tap drain catch in Lobby bar is coming loose and not level, so liquid is pooling. Added to maintenance doc, fixing should held standing water issue in there.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
