Manager Communication:
Slow night, but Hustlers brought them out.  Plenty of people to keep the upstairs bar with some business throughout the night.  Also lots of staff as the FOH staff meeting was today.  Jenn had company most of the night.

I put the Downton Abbey cocktail in the menu change doc and set the Heads or Tails to be deleted.  We will shoot Wednesday.  

The frozen downstairs was too frozen to drain.  Will do first thing in the AM.



Customer Comments:
A really nice gentleman stopped by the bar after his show, and said he just wanted to make sure the server was alright, as his drink spilled on him a bit because his phone was on the table and it clipped it.  He said he was at fault and just wanted her to know everything is great.  (we did give him passes).  He was very nice.

A woman wanted to buy tickets with apple pay, so Eliel loaded a 39 dollar gift card at the mobile bytes station.  The first attempt gave an error message on the Ipad, but somewhat went through on the terminal.  It showed up in her account as a pending charge, and I explained to her that that would disappear, and ran the apple pay again properly.  I told her if the charge did not disappear to email us, and it would be fine.  She may email.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
