Manager Communication:
 Nick, I started an order for Empire and an order for Union in bevager.  It has been slow, but there are a few things we need.  If you want to add what you notice, and send those out.

On the slow side, but steady business.  We only really have Hollywood right now to sell out the large theaters.  Was agressive with cuts.

We had a couple store n' pours that had cocktail that had not been stirred before being transferred.  I talked to the openers about it, and poured the cocktail back into the batch to even it out.  Upstairs was pouring light, downstairs was pouring cloudy.  It was caught early and addressed.

Customer Comments:  Theater 6 dinner round was rough.  See more in the FOH blog.

Otherwise pretty solid.  Had some of our bar regulars come and hang for a few hours, and had a softball team in the bar for a while.  Pretty steady all night at the bar.

BAR Staff Observations:  The dinner ticket rush was lighter than usual, so Antonio was taking service to get a bit of practice while it was more manageable.  Ticket times were great, but at times I had to do the expo to keep everything organized.

Got Ryan out early, which he was giddy about. 

FOH Staff Observations: The less busy day created a bit of a too laid back attitude.  After the drink rushes, I had to run a tray to both theaters 1 and 2.  I walked in to theaters where a few servers were not doing anything at the moment, and I told them as I gave them their trays that they needed to run the trays now that they had time.


Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Mix cocktails well before pouring into store n' pours.

Prep List: Stocked up, may need to add tomato juice to bloody concentrate.


Lost & Found?: 3 pairs of Ray Bans in office, from theater 1 6:30 round.


Mobilebytes Issues: Do we want lead bartenders to be able to do the Staff Tokens as well?  Currently they cannot.
