FOH Staff Observations: Staff is still not lowering their voices at all in the server stations, and they also use theater 1 as a hallway to the office.

Special Events? The Cure show was well attended. There was a Music Video after party in Lo-Res after the event, which was great. No one seemed to know about it in advance. I talked to John and asked that he include those things on the calandar and the manager set up on the event memos.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: The meeting went well today, I think we were able to cover everything important.

86ed / counts on items: We 86ed most of the things coming off the menu over the course of the night. I think this might be the closest any location has had to not having leftover product after a menu change.

We will be 86ed Blackberry Farms Classic for the weekend, delivery should arrive Monday. Everything else on the new menu should be good to go.

Maintenance: Elevator is still down for a couple days. The guy has been really apologetic and it does seem like he is doing everything he can. I guess he is waiting on new software from the company now. It will not be on line tomorrow.

The fire alarm guy came out to work on the panel in the co2 closet. He thinks he found the problem and fixed it. We will see if it keeps going off.

Palco came out to look at the theater 1 hvac which was off again. He was able to reset it, but did not seem to know why it kept tripping. He said they would follow up?

We have some water leaking from the roof in to the customer side wall of theater 2.
