Manager Communication: I take back what I said about the Lion King crowd not drinking. As far as I can tell, today was our highest F&B sales ever. It felt like it. We were normally staffed for a Saturday but we really needed another body tonight.

Customer Comments: Had to cut a couple drunk middle aged men off around 12:30. They were very drunk and being creepy to bar staff. I sent them on their way. One of them told me he wouldn't be back. So we have that going for us.

BAR Staff Observations: They were amazing tonight. It was a nonstop rush and everyone worked very long hours. Ticket times never went over 8 minutes. Special shout out to Jenn then Rebecca who were the workhorses in the upstairs well.
Also Max was great as the drink runner.

Hiring/Training: I think we need to hire one more weekend bartender.

86ed / counts on items: We 86ed Firewalk at the end of the night. We have plenty in house we just couldn't keep it frozen.  We are not out of anything currently, but collective arts sour, Narragansett and strawberry lemonade are all in danger of 86ing late tomorrow. We have more of everything coming Monday.

Prep List: We are getting caught up on batching now, but there was no time all night. We are expecting another busy one tonight so we will try to get it as prepared as possible.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
