Manager Communication:
Busy for all 3 rounds.  Really strong bar business.  It is important for a manager to have a bar presence as the line begins to grow in order to direct everyone.  I usually start early and check in on the line every 5 to 10 minutes to make sure it is forming properly.  This helps immensely when it comes time to seat the lines.

This group drinks!  Bar outsold food, and the drink rushes were longer than normal.  The big stagger between dinner round 1 and 2 made it very easy from the bar, and allowed for bartenders to take care of bar guests well.  Also gives a good reset time, and I had to guide bartenders a bit through this about when is good and bad to jump out from behind the bar to get things.


Customer Comments:
Had to turn away a family from the 10:45 Toy Story.  We may need larger print for our age policies.

Had a call around 11:30 to HiRes Bar.  A woman was on the ground outside the bathroom.  She had apparently hit her head, and her boyfriend was there with her.  We called EMT's and they arrived in minutes.  They took her to Methodist.   We filled out an incident report.  As she was leaving, she seemed more with it.  She responded well with where she lived to the EMT's as she was leaving.

BAR Staff Observations:
Really good flow.  I helped them think about timing for everything and really want to focus on cue sheet awareness over the next few weeks.
Ryan ripped through so much prep, so we will be good for at least some of tomorrow.
Ian did a great job of holding down the guest facing bar while William ran a tight service station with Antonio as the floater.  They all did a nice job of getting stocked back up between rushes.
Susan and Elliel killed it downstairs as well.

FOH Staff Observations:
Lot's  of good support and drink running.  Had to quiet them in the stations a few times.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
