Manager Communication: Good night tonight!

Quite a few orders coming tomorrow. Jesse I would check on the status of the elevator when you get in, you guys will need to get some helpers putting things away if it is not running by the time the orders start coming in. Let me know if you have any issues.

The bourbon cream we needed for spoons was not on our union order today. They also came late, after we opened, and we had to carry 8 kegs up the stairs due to the elevator being out. I let our rep know I was not thrilled. He found a local liquor store that carried the bourbon cream and I made a run there. They are going to come by and make up for the difference in price.

Hiring/Training: Tavon is coming to train tomorrow. He has been sent all his info and is in schedulefly and Mobilebytes. Benjamin, I left his folder in the bar invoices folder in the MOD, can you make sure you get his I9 and data sheet to Mascha. He will be training in Hi Res for the duration of the opening shift with William. Please make sure he goes through set-up from the bar book step by step, and also has a thorough Mobilebytes training.

Special Events? Spoons went great tonight. Theater was almost full, customers were drinking, projection was on point.

Prep List: Rebecca knocked everything out today except for alfredo, we don't need it urgently, but st germain is coming tomorrow if they want to batch.

Pay Outs: $196 for bourbon cream, and $7.50 for flower tea for the midsommar cocktail.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: I have Limoncello coming in tomorrow so we can start R&Ding the Spiderman special. We can finalize everything Friday. I will have everything I need for Midsommar and Yesterday at that point as well.

Maintenance: Probably not much we can do about this, but both bar areas were pretty warm today. the AC was working but not able to cool off those spaces. the thermostats were reading 80 during the dinner rush in the lobby

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
