Manager Communication:  A slow day, we got lots of organizing and cleaning done both in the walk in and behind the bars and made cuts real early. Went to 1 up, 1 down by 8:00 pm. Dylan had lobby ready to shut down fully by 11:00 pm and was done at 11:00 pm on the dot with all but running his back ups to the walk in. Very limited bar business as well.

BAR Staff Observations: Big thanks to Jeremy for doing a great job consolidating and cleaning the walk in.

86ed / counts on items: Mikkeller Raspberry

Prep List: Keeping batches tight for film specials. We were only able to make a half batch of bianco negroni, in need of more vermouth. Otherwise we are well batched.

 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor and Chef's Warehouse tomorrow.

Maintenance: The apple tv is now connected to the Admin network, but is not loading and seamlessly streaming movies; it will load for several minutes and then show just a few seconds of footage.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
