Manager Communication: A decent night with good sales for the middle and dinner rounds. Even the 9 o clock round films did comparatively well for a Sunday; the Sunday night movies seem to be selling steadily week to week. No issues, a good service tonight with easy to plan cuts. Went down to 2 up, 1 down at 9 pm and then down to 1 up at 10:00 pm with time for batching and cleaning.

 BAR Staff Observations: Malka was super efficient in closing duties, out by 11:15 pm. Same with Caleb and William upstairs.

 86ed / counts on items: 86 Mikkeler Raspberry

Prep List: Batched a 1/4 batch of Sun go Down, Lemonade, Cool Runnings and another Firewalk. Great shape for the week.

 Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar bank was short $10. Malka and Susan were both still here when it was counted, nothing jumped out as a possible cause looking through their cash checks and lack of pay outs.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
