Manager Communication: Daytime business was far stronger today than yesterday and we carried through a similar PM flow of business to Saturday. The last round was the exception, tapering off. The early rounds more than made up for it, and we beat Saturday's ticket and F&B sales. Well handled and busy at the bars, with Rebecca and Caleb handling the back half of the dinner round with 2 behind HiRes without the need for manager support. Flow of showtimes kept service bar consistently busy but never overwhelming. Great business after the 7s to the bar, then slows down to just a few guests and tables by 11:00 pm. Cut Lobby at appropriate times, cut to one at HiRes at 11:30 pm after a batching and stocking blitz by Caleb.

Customer Comments: Had a few ladies come to HiRes that have been here twice this weekend. They live nearby but hadn't been in yet; loved it so much that they came back two days in a row.

Also had a guest order the chicken sandwich and complain that it was too spicy. They said they had had it before and it tasted off. No other such complaints tonight.

BAR Staff Observations: Rebecca and Caleb together? Like magic.

86ed / counts on items: Out of ginger but ordered for tomorrow.

 Prep List: Will need ginger syrup, make a double batch to get us the Alfredo and Ginger Lime we'll need to batch tomorrow, as well.

 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor tomorrow.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
