Manager Communication: Good night tonight. Quiet outside of the event, but Pet Semetary made it a pretty lively night.

Customer Comments: Celebrity Cat!

BAR Staff Observations: I wrote Ben up today and suspended his comp privileges for a month. He is still a lead bartender and his shifts will not change but he will not be able to discount anything so we will have to assist him with that.

Special Events? Pet Semetary. We sold the heck out of the dark and stormy. Most of the tables and chairs were put away so Hi-Res will have to be set back up again tomorrow. It will probably need some extra porter attention as well, the pet semetary set up had a bunch of fake dirt and soil.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: We need to get on the bartenders to not prop that door to the bar prep. I have closed it about 20 times tonight.

We are going to start using the projection cart for bar opening. I talked to Dylan and the projectionists will leave it by the lobby bar at 2pm. The bartenders can use it to open then wipe it down and put it in the theater 3 booth.

Prep List: Ashley made a batch of Firewalk but did not have enough combier. 4 cases are coming tomorrow She made a note on the batch how much it needs, but it will have to be added.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Big Geyser has not come yet this week. We are low on Ginger Beer, hopefully they deliver tomorrow.
I fired our 12 percent rep today, the north brooklyn rep who we work with in Williamsburg is taking over our account, so hopefully that will fix the issues we have been having with them. They are delivering 2 cases of the key lime gose tomorrow to get us through till menu change.
Empire is oos bard 750s so we have magnums for a month. They are also oos 1L Reyka so we have some 750s coming in.

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
