Manager Communication:
Busy night for a Monday.  Great first round with Spring Break and the rain.  Lots of walkins.  Numbers jumped about $4,000 in sales from beginning.

I cut opener after getting some extra organization done, closed lobby bar at 10 40

Got the walkin nice and organized, and figured out what we need to do/prep/order for the week before Thursday.  We will not have an early prep shift Friday, so everything has to be set by Thursday at open.

BAR Staff Observations:


FOH Staff Observations: Really solid job by the openers, to handle a crazy start.  Especially Ben, who bounced between upstairs and theater 1 while theater 2 had a ton of sales.  Also shout out to Rachel who had decent sales in all three theaters downstairs and CRUSHED IT!

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
