Manager Communication:
Really  solid night with most of the sevens and nines selling very well.  Not as crazy as last week, but steady bar business til midnight. 

Not sure the exact line for our water testing cambro, so I am leaving it over night.  I think it has depleted some, but check in morning to confirm. 

Really strong service despite having no drink runner as Liv was dealing with an injury.

Customer Comments:
Had to turn away guests with an infant for the 9:15 Shazaam.  I explained that it was because there is drinking etc.  They told me the age policy should be posted on our website, which I said it was, and that it should be posted in the building, and I pointed out the signs.  I refunded them their tickets, and they left.

BAR Staff Observations:
Really great work.  I only had to tray drinks.  It was like looking at clockwork.  Every side task was done well.  Both upstairs and down worked really well.

FOH Staff Observations:
Stepped up without a bar runner.  Drinks never sat too long in stations, although I did have to remind them to stop putting in tickets and run drinks once in the station.  They all jumped on it.

Still need to be better about keeping the glasses in rotation.  This is mostly a bussing issue.  As soon as it was jumped on we had overflowing glassware and glass racks.  One of the more important points of emphasis ongoing.

Hiring/Training:

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Sent Liv home with a strained shoulder.
