Manager Communication: An uncomplicated, steady day from start to finish. A few sold out theatres for the 4s and 7s, slow late rounds. Par for the course Sunday with a slight drop off in the morning due to good weather. Pretty smooth service today, made cuts aggressively due to good staffing and predictable business. Went to two up and one down after the 7s, shut Lobby bar down when the last show went in and got through pre-show. Cut to one bar runner at 7 and then to none before the late round, servers handled drink running without issue.

Dine and Dash declined payments are starting to be a real issue; I don't know if this is just something banks are more strict about putting holds on accounts for, but we are dealing with several per day and difficult interactions when we have to reconcile the payment.

BAR Staff Observations: Everyone pulled weight, made it easy to cut to a thin crew and still execute service.

FOH Staff Observations: Renee Michelle and Sarah Ahmad were the servers I saw most coming to get drinks late at the bar, always full effort when they're here.

Prep List: Well stocked and consolidated for the start of the week.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
