Manager Communication: A steady Tuesday, slow first rounds to start out with very little walk in business, but the event helped give us a nice boost as did decent walk in additions to sales for the 7s. Late rounds very slim outside of the 8:45 pm Us. Went tight on bar staff all day, cut to 1 bartender at Lobby before the 7s, cut to one behind HiRes at 10:30 pm. No issues with staffing levels handling front of bar business or theatre drinks. Had a small but nice crowd that stuck around for a few hours at the bar.

Customer Comments: Had a group of ladies in theatre 7 come out to the bar to order as they hadn't seen their server in the last round. They arrived late and Megan was unaware that they had seated, got their drinks and food out super fast and they were grateful.

BAR Staff Observations: Adriana closes exceptionally well and detailed, it does take her about 30 minutes longer than most.

FOH Staff Observations: New trainees are great. Ellie was back and forth to the bar running and taking tables/checks.

Special Events? Overtime event in theatre 3, gave us a nice boost to start the day in an otherwise dead round.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
