4/28 Brunch Benjamin
Manager Communication:
Noble Tree sent us a keg of watery coffee. Had to keep it 86'd. I will talk to them tomorrow, and get it here by Tuesday.
Spoons was easy, and everyone held down the early rounds great. Captain Marvel and Us did well as well, and it was a good flow. Much fewer bar business after shows with the long lines. Even though we have the upstairs seating, people see the uncomfortable space and don't want to stay like they do when we have more downstairs seating.
Customer Comments:
Mostly good energy from folks. A few returned tickets from those who could not sit together, which is a change from most days this week.
Had an interaction that Jesse and I handled. Man and woman fighting with each other before a show. Moving between floors. Jesse told them to move it outside if this was going to continue. They then were coming up the stairs as their Endgame was seating, so I held them at the stairs as the line sat, and they continued to argue with each other. I told them they needed to step outside if this was going to continue and he told me "do my job" and that they were just having a conversation. I said I was doing my job, and that if this continued in the theater, they would be asked to leave. They settled a bit with the threat of not being able to see the movie, I noted where they sat, and informed all the other managers and servers.
BAR Staff Observations: Really smooth, and got prepped for nigh time. Right amount of staff to handle everything well.
FOH Staff Observations: Glassware needs to be rotated better. Every time we were low on pints, and got the servers on it, we were overflowing. Just have to be proactive instead of reactive on this one.
