Manager Communication:
Busy night.  Good sales for captain marvel and sold out 9 to 5.  Got lots of organization and prep done.  Added a shift to be picked up tomorrow, let's keep an eye on it to approve.

I posted a prep list for William, and we should be pretty set for the weekend.

I did not get a chance to print signs for the walkin sections, but let's keep on people about the orderliness, as I did more to organize it yet again, and it will help us not miss things or make too much of things.

It may be tight staffing tomorrow, so make sure that Rebecca knows to move bartenders between floors as she sees fit.   On all cuts, we need to make sure everything is getting done properly.

Customer Comments:

BAR Staff Observations: 3 was a little lean today cause the 9 to 5 and captain marvel were crazy, but Malka, Susan, and Ash killed it, and everyone stayed a bit extra to get everything set up.  Great shifts all around, and we are ready.

FOH Staff Observations: Some issues in theater 1, but it did $5,000 in 1 round with new people and trainees.  Idris needs a sitdown with a bar manager to go over basic drinks knowledge and what and how to interpret orders in detail.  Maybe with mobile bites up to show the drink mods.

Special Events - 9 to 5 was a drinking crowd.  The drink rush started at 6:30 and finished close to 8.

Prep List: Posted, keep on top of everything.  I prepped a bunch of dried limes for the weekend, got all the mint prepped properly, and got decently ahead on batching.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
