Customer Comments: So many people tonight, for the most part everyone was great. We had a pretty rowdy crowd in the Mezz for a while, I was close to cutting them off, but they left before I had to.
I had a pretty negative interaction with a couple women here for the 10:30 show. They had an infant with them, and I had to tell them that we couldn't let the baby in. I was polite and showed them the policy and refunded their tickets, but they were very offended. They were demanding that I also re-imburse them for their UBER, which I did not do. They told me they were going to write the general manager, so I gave them our email address, they have already written an email.

BAR Staff Observations: We felt a stretched pretty thin today. Service went very well, but it was always on the brink of getting away from us. There were some longer than usual shifts and a couple bartenders went in to spread of hours. Service was non stop all weekend.

FOH Staff Observations: We would like servers to grab a bar manager whenever possible to communicate issues with drinks rather than try to explain things to bartenders while they are in the middle of a rush. Tonight we had an issue where the printer paper at the bar was upside down for a couple minutes during a rush, so some of the tickets were not printed. In the process of refiring, more than a trays worth of drinks were made in duplicate and had to be thrown away. The servers were trying to tell the bartenders what they needed in the middle of the rush and no one communicated anything to me. I would like to see better communication from managers and servers to bar management if there are ever any drink issues so we can help solve them.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86 clothespins

86ed / counts on items: We did 86 Gun Hill IPA towards the end of the night tonight. We sold a record 436 glasses of it this weekend. We have a delivery coming tomorrow. I will have more backup going forward.

wavvy, modern IPA, and rooftop reds are 86ed for good, they are coming off of the menu this week.

Prep List: We are pretty cleaned out of everything. We will have to do some heavy batching for the next few days to get caught back up.

We need to  up the firewalk par, we sold 364 of them this weekend. We never ran out, but we never ran out, but we were batching on the fly all weekend.

Pay Outs: I bought $8 worth of limes

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Lot's of beer coming tomorrow

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
