Manager Communication: Albeit slower than last Saturday, still a very busy round of 4s, 7s and sell outs on several late shows as well. Well handled, the bar generated good crowds before films sat, but less than last weekend post-film volume. Our customer mix seemed to be more family driven this weekend, possibly an effect of it not being an opening weekend of die hard fans of an older age. F&B sales per cover were lower. The excitement and event surrounding an opening seemed to generate more excitement and sales. Still a very good service with tight staffing.

Customer Comments: 1 Return on a Firewalk for spice level, tasted the batch and it was standard. Just a bit rich for their blood. Handled a dozen or so exchanges during the 7s due to a lack of seats together. Most took later round tickets, the rest took passes, none left angry. One couple said they really want to see assigned seating and are much closer to us but getting frustrated as this has happened to them twice.

BAR Staff Observations: Jay has become a stellar batch machine during service; left at smart times, stocked both bars when needed. Dylan, Jeremy and Ryan did an excellent job at HiRes during the huge ticket pushes we got. 

FOH Staff Observations: Gabby and Renee were great tonight about coming to the bar with free time on their hands to help run drinks. Same with Chris J and Kunsang downstairs. Amidst tight staffing, all the more impressive.

Prep List: Good on batched cocktails, plenty of Alfredo and Brian back up. Firewalk has definitely enough to get us through the first two round, as does Barry (no back ups, but bubblers are nice and full. Kree will get us through the first few rounds as well.

Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
