Manager Communication: Another strong service tonight, a perfect mirror of yesterday's volume with the only exception being a slow last show of Captain Marvel. That gave us the requisite time to batch at the end of the night. We did run in to some shortages during the shift worth discussing so we are ready for weekends like this in the future. We ran thin and should have higher quantity back ups of Firewalk, Alfredo, Lemonade and Iced Tea behind the bar. On Saturdays and Sundays the cocktail well needs to have another 3-compartment for NA Bev backups to avoid the constant need to fill. Also, the frozens should be filled to the 3-gallon mark on both sides so that we don't run in to refilling and putting out partially frozen cocktails.

Customer Comments: Had a guest at the bar returns a drink because it had a piece of glass in it. He did not drink it, upon inspection the glass had a chip on the inside lip. Possibly Knocked by an ice scoop, we need to be more careful. Bought him a round, no issues.

BAR Staff Observations: Crew did an excellent job tonight, especially William and Malka on service for the height of the hit upstairs and Grace and Ben per usual holding it down in the lobby. Jay was a real jack of all trades for the PM before getting cut; supporting bartenders while they got food during a busy transition, working a busy round of 4s and 7s and then batching to close out a good shift.

FOH Staff Observations: Liv was the absolute rock star she usually is dialed up even further tonight. Efficient and fast, communicating constantly.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Stocking the left-hand low boy with back ups of all batch cocktails during busy, blockbuster weekends. Loading up Firewalk for marathon days so we always have frozen product on days we move rapidly through it. Upping pars for weekends, possibly having two different levels.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Big Geyser en route for Tuesday, Baldor for tomorrow. On the order guide.

Maintenance: We had a printer go down, the one for 4&6. A drink was knocked over onto it. We replaced it with an unused kitchen impact printer for now that uses 2-ply. Will need another thermal moving forward but did not have a back up of the same type in house.
