Manager Communication: Steady Sunday up to the last round, pretty big drop off but we did do a good deal of walk in business to boost ticket sales for all show times. No issues behind the bar, well handled service all around. Bar crowds were alright during all showtimes save for the end of the night, again with a big drop off. Cut down to 1 closer by 11 pm, had the lobby bar shut down for the last round, re-routed at 9:30 pm. Caleb out by 11:45 pm helping close both bars and batch a few things. Had lots of free time during the last round, re-organized some storage and broke items out of partial boxes to reduce clutter and mopped the walk in by the storage shelves.

Customer Comments: Had a guest adamant that we need to have an American flag hanging from the pole outside of the entrance. Also had a few guests in theatre 2 waiting on their flags to get pulled for a while, one of whom came to the bar. Managers stepped in to assist. 

BAR Staff Observations: Good crew, no issues.

FOH Staff Observations: Maya got a little behind on her theatres for the late round, management supported. Runners late at night especially when servers are spread thin need to make sure to run food all the way to seats; some was left in service stations and got cold/needed to be refired.

Special Events? Wedding After Party went off without issue, guests arrived on time and didn't drive up much of a tab, but were really grateful for the space and food/drink. Platters looked good split between the two tables.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
