Manager Communication:
Slow start.  Allowed for prep.  Ash rocked prep before spoons, got us set for the day.

Customer Comments: 

BAR Staff Observations:
Ash came in and knocked out a bunch of prep for the day before the day started getting crazy.
I had the downstairs second person swing up any time there was time to help with the big theaters.
There was still some poor use of down time, with not everything being restocked.  I told all the bartenders that we were sold out from the 3's on and to get stocked.  I also pointed to several things that were needed for the night, and when I came back from prepping, I saw the mid having to run back for more things, including a few of the things I had pointed out.

FOH Staff Observations:
Turns were really solid this morning.  Lots of energy, and we were able to sit several of the Us's early.

Special Events? Spoons was executed from our end great.  It was not the heavy drinking crowd I was expecting, but there were a few tables that came to the bar and stuck around.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
