Manager Communication:
We knocked out lots of prep for the weekend.  Should need just maintenance prep throughout.

Dry shake and sugar for the Kree works best without the stencil.  Just a tiny bit of sugar and swirl it a little with a cocktail pick.

St Patrick's Day Parade goes right in front of us.  I sent out a heads up to everyone but wanted to mention it here too.

Cut the second downstairs bartender just after the sevens rush, cut the upstairs third after the shift from the sevens to nines.  Got great bar business after the sevens, with people here til midnight from that push.  Also a solid bar crowd after the 9:30 let out!

May need to redistribute some of the rocks glasses and pints back downstairs tomorrow.

Customer Comments:
Lots of people here for the first time.  Many positive comments about what we have done to the space.

Also, several returned tickets from people not wanting to sit front row in theater 5.

BAR Staff Observations:
Rebecca knocked out a long prep list to get us set for the weekend.

Eva rocked the 10s solo downstairs.

Upstairs was smooth for all rounds.

FOH Staff Observations:
Great teamwork, with some really tight flips.  Seemed to be the exact right number of servers on tonight for the business we did.

Also, Baldor did not take back the Giardinera, it is labeled with pickup at the front of walkin.

Maintenance:
Lukas came by today as we had another loose toilet pipe (this time downstairs mens).  He fixed it and checked and tightened all the other toilets as well.  They were all close to having the same problems, but they are all good now!

We need a theater 1 sign for new door to the back of theater one.  In Mainteneace doc.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
