Manager Communication:
Max had to leave early cause his finger was really bothering him from yesterday.  Edwardo came up and killed it all night.

Busy day from the get go.  Almost the same ticket sales as the weekend. Spread out times, so there were always people at the bar and in the lobby.  People drinking with ticket stubs after every show.  

Customer Comments:
Many comments about lack of signage.  

BAR Staff Observations:
They did a great job.  Had 2 up and down all day, with Ash doing some prep before and after the shift. I prepped a tiny bit of Climate of the Era, as it may be coming off soon (8 oz each, for 16 total cocktails) .  It was selling well today.

FOH Staff Observations:
Did a great job.  Had a food runner running drinks early before Max got here, and Edwardo killed it after Max left.

Hiring/Training:

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Max had to leave early due to his cut finger from yesterday.  He filled out an incident report with Alexis yesterday.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor order did not come for us.  Kitchen got some.  I grabbed 2 gallons of OJ from the kitchen to get us through.  We need Rosemary and OJ as well as gingerale and rootbeer for Wednesday.

Maintenance:  The back bar is looking bad and splitting more upstairs.  Turned off the ice machine in the back.  Will take a bigger look at it tomorrow.  It started leaking again.

Mobilebytes Issues: Theaters 3,5,7 were not rerouted back to Lobby at the end of last night.

Filmbot Issues:  Kiosk 3 is still out of order.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
