Manager Communication:
Solid 7's, theaters 1 and 2 were only half sold.  Solid turnout at upstairs bar between 7's and 10's. 

Had some theater regulars come and start becoming bar regulars.  Just drank tonight.

Good staff party on the Mezz once cuts were made.

Theater 5 Bohemian was full and drinking strongly for the 10s.  Some of the best Friday 10's I have seen in a bit.  Maybe put it back in 1 or 2 for the 10s?

Also, it might be worth thinking about with the current schedule of during a slightly early midnight in 1 and 2 in the future with Rep, as they are both letting out around 10 45 or 11 right now.

BAR Staff Observations:
Max is doing a great job.  He has improved a ton.  Each time I walked up to him to remind him of some task, he had already done it.

Very smooth all night.

FOH Staff Observations:
Great crew on tonight.

One note, if you can emphasize and layout out the specifics of how to communicate what we can and cannot serve drinks wise to the theaters.  We had one server ring in a vodka up, shaken, with olives today.  Just if we can reiterate the tools for the servers of how to deal with this while still keeping customers happy.

Maintenance:
Ice machine got a bit angry today.  Turned it off for a while.  It seems to be just when it gets full.  Not sure if there is something wrong with the calibration that it is still working too hard once it is full.  Makes me think it might be a sensor.

Filmbot Issues:
The inability to exchange for voucher hurt us a bit today at the 7's.  A woman who had bought a bunch of tickets to many different films returned 21 tickets, all incomplete orders from the standpoint of e gift cards, so we had to just manually oversell some shows, and may have missed out on a few ticket sales.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
