Manager Communication:
Really strong first round, with Willy Wonka selling well, and They Shall Not selling out.  Second and third rounds continued strong, with Alita the only one really lagging.

For the 1:45 Greenbook, it sold out with just one server, but Michael handled it great.  I just had to run drinks for him.

Customer Comments:
 Several comments on lack of signage.

BAR Staff Observations:
They handled it swimmingly.

FOH Staff Observations:
Had one ticket for a bloody at 3:30.  I addressed it, and voided it.

There was a decent amount of outside food and drink to clean up in Theater 1 after Willy Wonka.  I addressed it with the servers, but this could be a point of emphasis.  Especially with coffee, they should all know to get a glass from the bar and offer guests during preshow to pour it in one of our glasses.

The mimosa and Bloody buttons are now $8 and $9 respectively in Mobile Bytes, but $10 on the menu.  Jesse is fixing this.  Thinking it was a mistake between us and Williamsburg.

Filmbot Issues:
We still do not have an exchange for voucher button.
Kiosk 4's printer is broken.  Won't turn on.  There is an out of order sign on it.
Any update on partial e-credit returns?

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
