Manager Communication: 

We had another coke gun issue tonight. Coke has a emergency service request in, so they should be out tomorrow morning, but there is no soda downstairs until they fix it.

Jeremy and I were discussing employee food running. There was an order tonight that was ordered to the theater 6 service station. Also the runners tend to chase people around the building, or just leave food in the bar service well. We think that employees on the clock should get their own food from the kitchen so runners don't have to hunt them down.

The temp in the bar areas is much better. It was actually way to hot in high res tonight so I adjusted the schedule. I think I did it right, but let's keep an eye on it. Also our cute little space heaters came in. They are in the 3/7 booth if we need them in a pinch.

Customer Comments: The bars were mostly quiet, but the bar seats in Hi Res were mostly full all night.

BAR Staff Observations: Everyone was solid tonight. These guys are great

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Let's follow up about new pars in our weekly email tomorrow.

86ed / counts on items: We will be getting fresh wavvy kegs to replace the old ones in the morning. I stacked the old ones by the walk-in door for easy pickup. They will also be coming with Evil Twin IPA.

 Prep List: Jesse and I cut back the prep pars drastically. Especially on anything with citrus. Let's all monitor and make sure they are not overbatching.

Maintenance: I noticed the pipe in the cieling on the hi res ice machine exhast fan was bent partially shut, that is why the ice machine has been working so hard. I was able to bend it so now it vents properly.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
