Manager Communication: Great busy day all around, sold out the 4s and 7s and had our strongest late night ticket sales of any day so far. Bar team crushed it. Ended up a bit over-staffed with 2 mids behind HiRes and 1 behind Lobby on top of 4 closers up and 3 down. Cut the mids before the 7s to get down to 4 and 3, respectively. Great bar crowd today compared to recent days, we had 1-2 deep up until 10:00 pm. Slow late night bar business.

Customer Comments: One guest returned the Sour Monkey in the theatre twice because she thought it tasted like dish soap. We realized that she did not know it was a Sour beer and got her a Gun Hill. Had really enthusiastic bar guests tonight, talked with a couple about developing the bar more as a cocktail bar and she said they would love to make it their regular spot.

BAR Staff Observations: Dani and Ben crushed service bar tonight during two back to back busy services. Jeremy is also incredibly efficient and did a nice job adding a third body without getting in the way.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
