Manager Communication:

Max fixed the second printer for tickets.  I forgot to test it for the sevens.  Have a FOH MOD route 4 and 6 to that printer for the start of day, and send a test ticket to make sure it works.

Austin Ciders Rep came by and introduced himself.  Said he would love to sponsor an event. (he also reps Half Acre)

Liv inquired if we could have Josh on a few drink runner shifts.  They expressed concern about Sasha, saying she disappears for times talking in the service stations, and doesn't do the work that needs to be done during down time... let's keep an eye on that.

Bar had some busy pre shows, and we had some people hanging out upstairs til 11 pm.

The night was a bit busier than Tuesday, but still dead at the tens.  We routed everything for the tens to HiRes

I had them dump the lemon and lime juices after today as they were 2 days old, so it will be on the prep list.

Customer Comments:

A man who lives on 14th st complained about our trash not being covered every night and complained about graffiti...

People are asking for aperol spritzes.

Ash was feeling pretty down about her check this week.  I told her the new tip pool is making the money look much better, and she went to a movie with her boyfriend and I comped a round of beers.

BAR Staff Observations:
There are some staff members who have no cocktail experience.  I would be happy to schedule a cocktail 101 time for anyone who wants to come, and then I will just work with everyone on their shifts.

Ran with 3 up 2 down for beginning of the sevens, cut Grace pretty quickly afterwards.
Cleaning projects were all done early.
Rebecca closed downstairs at the start of the tens and came up, I cut Lamar once Rebecca was upstairs.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
