Manager Communication: Daytime shows were steady, never overwhelming but the 4s and 7s hit hard, both selling out in theatres or nearly so. Well handled at the bar with great ticket times, we ran 2 bartenders for the 4s and 3 for the 7s (upstairs, downstairs we ran 2 max all day) and it's nice to see the staff stretched a bit but handling themselves. Cut to closers (2 up, 1 down) after the 10s. Got a stellar push to the bar for the late shows, both from strong late night ticket sales and a 3-deep bar crowd with ticket stub discounts. Our best bar crowd for a post-theatre drink push.

Customer Comments: One couple kept coming out for manhattans and complimenting us for being able to make them, they had come during our first few weeks and were super happy we could cocktail for them. One guest, a 15 year old, got into it with me in the Lobby area over not being allowed in without a guardian. He told me that he "was going to see this movie" and I explained cordially that he definitely wasn't without a guardian and we could give him passes. He tried to make a hard move and claim that he was going to walk in the theatre and see what we did and I told him that security would help him leave. He finally accepted passes and left.

BAR Staff Observations: Top marks tonight for Ryan and Eva handling a heavy influx of lobby guests and two busy service bars. HiRes team for PM (Grace, Ben and Jeremy) were rockstars. Needed some help on guest facing service during the rush after the 7s, but asked when needed and handled service bar exceptionally well. Ash batched perfectly for the evening, no needs for on the spot batching. Just good things to say tonight.

FOH Staff Observations: Sarah Ahmad rang in a Tito's Up with a lemon twist. I explained that what she ordered was a martini, and that we do not make them for theatre service and suggested replacements.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
