Manager Communication: Coca Cola came out this morning and was supposed to hook up the Tonic syrup for the gun. They instead checked the already functioning ginger ale, confirmed that it was working and left. They will be back Monday to hook up Tonic. We had yet another Coca Cola issue later in the day when one of the soda guns (middle well HiRes) erupted and started firing syrup and CO2 into the well. One of the turn off switches inside of the gun mechanism broke off. We cut off the gas to the upstairs bar but had to serve soda only from downstairs. Worked fine, we filled large bottles and put them in the wells. Coke still not out to fix but will be here, they promise, by EON.

Customer Comments: One guest said that they were disappointed that the slaw on the chicken sandwich was just raw vegetables and not dressed.

BAR Staff Observations: Dani took service for the first time tonight and did exceptionally well. Jenn and Dani did batching before being cut and did a nice job figuring out priorities and not over-batching.

86ed / counts on items: Low on Modern IPA, 40 in house. 86 Cinnamon Spice Tea until Monday. Used the last of the Prickly Puree for an Alfredo batch, still back-ordered from Baldor. If it is still not available tomorrow I will look into pricing from US Foods.

Prep List: Really healthy on batches for tomorrow, we made Alfredo and Firewalk tonight.

Maintenance: Bar top in HiRes under the Bubblers and Frozen is split with some exposed wood now, nothing drastic but prolonged weight is going to make this worse.

Mobilebytes Issues: Cannot 86 individual tea types due to them being a modifier for the Hot Tea button.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
