Manager Communication:
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

David D, the security guard on today (little David) showed up to work a little extra.  We all think drunk.  Too intense with customers, too loud, and then, after Caleb clocked out, while he was waiting for an uber, the security guard showed Caleb videos on his phone with naked people.  I talked to the other MOD's and then had David leave.  I told him we were fine to handle the rest of the night and to have a good holiday.  He was excited.  I did not discuss why, just told him we were good for the night.  This should be brought to the company's attention.  And I would appreciate if we never have him here again.

NO COKE!  Still only bottled tonic!  1 bottle upstairs, low downstairs.  Buy tonic in the morning.
 
 I had an insight for a solution to the downstairs bar gate, but it requires us to talk to closing managers or leads.  We can leave it all the way down while guests are still in the building and doors are unlocked, and when we lock the doors, we raise the gate.  Lower the front gate, raise the bar gate as the close.

I comped 1 round for the closing staff and we drank Quests Veuve!

I had Caleb and Grace condense everything in the walkin

I had them drain the machines downstairs and leave the product in the downstairs lowboy so it can be quickly added.  And they spilled 64 ounces of fire walk while draining them...  I added to waste log

BAR Staff Observations:
Pretty easy night.   I cut the openers as soon as the closers were here.  I cut the mids after the start of the sevens.

On closing, the upstairs lowboy should be checked by the closing lead to make sure it is well organized so the openers can grab and go with ease.
