Manager Communication: Lots of batching and organization done prior to cutting staff tonight due to steady but not overwhelming business. Cut the openers at 4:45 pm when PM crew came on, cut the mid shifts after the 4s, cut the non-closers after the 7s. Had four on HiRes and three on Lobby for the busiest portion of the night. No issues.

Customer Comments: Had a guest return the Brooklyn Raw, not expecting the sour notes. Opted for Austin East instead.

BAR Staff Observations: Chris is a very organized batcher, did a great job and did not over-batch. Good instincts, worked clean.

Prep List: Batching healthy going into the week. Low on Perry's Tot; we have plenty of Barry but not enough to make more than a half batch of infusion, so we held off for now. Could use a batch of Silent Era and Mae West during the prep shift tomorrow.
